How to use Japade
Japade offers Made in Japan products to anywhere in the world. We are available to you from Japan, wherever you are or whenever you need. For commercial or private use, let us help you to expand your purchasing opportunity.
Step 1 :Product Search
Browse our comprehensive product lists or look for a specific product of interest. Our client friendly product list(e.g. category FOOD) provides a varied pricing scheme to make your decision easier.

Step 2 :Inquiry
Send us an inquiry to request specific information or samples of the product(s) you find in the product list(e.g. category FOOD).
Step 3 :Contact Us
We are available during our office hours 10am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, Japan Standard Time. Contact us via Skype, phone, or fax.
Step 4 :Sample
We want you to try our products. Do not hesitate to ask for a sample of the product you are interested in. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for the samples to be delivered to you. Enjoy high quality Japan Made products.
Step 5 :Ordering
Order the product(s) from our website and we will contact you regarding the cost, shipping method, estimated delivery time (see Step 6 for more detail) or any other necessary details to accommodate your needs. You can also place your order using Skype, phone, or fax. We will send you an estimate of the best price we can offer.
Step 6 :Shipping
After we confirm your payment, the shipment will be promptly sent. See the chart below for more information about our shipping method.

If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the "Track packages" link in the Shipping page/your payment confirmation email. The shipping method will be listed in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
(*) We calculate delivery estimates by taking the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping preference you've chosen.
(**) Estimated delivery dates can vary depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee the delivery date because each country has different custom clearance requirements and periods.
